From a Small Kitchen to a Wing Empire
It started in 2012 with a single fryer, a handful of secret spice blends, and an unshakeable conviction: the world deserved better wings. Our founder, Marcus Teller, had spent years perfecting flavors in his home kitchen in West Hartford, sharing trays of wings with neighbors who kept demanding more.
What began as a pop-up at local farmers' markets quickly grew into the beloved dine-in and delivery destination Wings over is today. We opened our Park Road location in 2014, and the line out the door never really stopped.
Today, Wings over serves thousands of guests each week, partnering with local farms for the freshest poultry and produce. Our wingsover philosophy remains unchanged: real ingredients, real flavors, no shortcuts.
